The DeWALT® DCV581H 18 volt/20 volt MAX cordless/corded wet-dry vacuum has the ability to provide cordless or corded operation powered by either a DeWALT 18 or 20 volt MAX battery (both batteries are actually 18 volt under load / 20 volts without load—marketing scheme) or an AC outlet. The on-board hose and accessory storage makes the vacuum easy to carry and transport. Battery and charger sold separately.

(The DCV581H can run off of a battery or 120VAC with a cord. The DCV580H runs on battery only (18V or 20V Max). Otherwise, both have same performance and accessories)
